Receive Help Alerts
On the Auto Sentry, the Help button is located above the onscreen receipt. If the customer at the Auto Sentry needs assistance, they can tap the Help button.
When the Help button on the Auto Sentry is selected, a popup alert displays on the WashTAB screen that can be seen by the site attendant if they are viewing the tablet. The alert displays which lane needs assistance so the employee can quickly respond in order to keep the traffic flowing and avoid any bottlenecks.
Plate Verification (LPR customers)
Your wash site must be using License Plate Recognition (LPR) to access this screen. Also, the Auto Sentry help notification must be configured to send the Help request to the WashTAB. The Plate Verification screen gives the employee the ability to correct the license plate number through the use of WashTAB.
- Plate Verification is activated when the customer taps the Help button on the Auto Sentry touchscreen. The License Plate picture will be displayed for verification on the WashTAB.
- The employee can view the license plate on the WashTAB to verify the license plate number or make the required changes to the plate number.
- After the plate is verified, click the Send Correct Plate to AS button. The plate will be submitted to the Auto Sentry.
- The customer will be prompted to continue with their transaction.
